Responsibilities职责：
-Creates launch task and timing chart of new lines or new parts
为新生产线或新产品投产制定时间任务计划
-Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
定义项目组成员，明确职责
-Prepares and attends customer regular project review meeting
准备并参加客户定期项目回顾会议
-Performs regular launch reviews and tracking, initiates actions if theres any deviation
定期项目进度回顾，发现偏差需要制定反应计划
-Promotes early identification of required changes and minimizes risks on launch
及早发现需要变更的内容，使项目风险最小化
-Ensures launch documents are complete, up to date and stored appropriately
保证项目文件完整，及时并保存完好
-Reports project status to company management periodically
定期向公司管理层报告项目状态
-Effectively applies company launch methodology and enforces launch standards
有效运用公司项目管理方法并不断优化
Requirements:要求：
-At least 2 years plant experience, common sense of quality procedure2年以上工厂经验, 熟悉工作常识及质量程序
-Be familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, etc. Process related tools熟悉FMEA，控制计划，SPC等相关工具
-Experience in SAP master data (BOM, Routing, Work center)有SAP主数据维护经验（包括材料清单，工作路径，工作中心）
-Project management experience guided by APQP would be preferred有APQP质量管理经验者优先
-Be familiar with CAD熟悉CAD
-CET 4 at least大学英语四级以上
-College Degree Above 大专以上
