职位描述：
1.监督COCKPIT生产现场工艺执行情况，以保证现场生产是贯彻工艺文件、质量标准、临时通知和控制计划，是处于受控状态的。
2.分析客户处质量问题和内部巡检/Audit问题，并制订改进措施，及执行。
3.根据要求修改工艺条件和质量控制方法，以保证css目标的完成、产品生产效率的提升。
4.根据流程规定、图纸数据和实际情况，执行各类技术文件/质量记录表式的更新和维护，分析技术文件中需要持续改进之处，保证文件的及时性、有效性、合理性。
5.根据产品总成的缺陷现象及相应技术资料（电路图等），分析出产品总成中有质量问题的零件并与供应商进行交流，审核供应商反馈的问题原因和对策，确保这些正确的措施及时完成更改。
6.根据产品总成的缺陷现象及相应技术资料（电路图等），分析装配过程中是否有错误动作发生并找到问题根源，采取措施避免问题重复，并修改文件确保今后在正常生产过程。
7.使用全自动电测试设备和部分电工器具，分析各类电子零件缺陷原因，并制订判断方法和标准。
8.与设备工程师一并进行全自动电测试设备的改造设计。
9.根据要求，参与新产品和新项目工作，完成项目中工艺问题的熟悉和解决。
职位要求：
大学及以上学历，机械电子、电器类工程专业背景；
英语应用熟练；
叁年以上电子产品制造工艺、质量管理或产品设计工作经验。
Techniical Competency:
汽车仪表板电子类零件外观及功能，熟悉以下汽车电子产品至少3种：仪表、线束、导航设备/CD播放器、时钟、空调控制面板、各类控制模块、各类传感器，空调系统，转向系统，CCB；
产品审核和质量控制工具
Cockpit在线控制

Job Descriptions:
1. Supervise the process of COCKPIT assembly to ensure the production is under control and is implemented comply with the process file, quality standards, temporary notifications, and control plans.
2. Analyze quality problems from customer feedback and internal production audit problems. Make improvement measures.
3. Modify process conditions and quality control methods according to the requests to ensure the achievement of CSS and production efficiency improving.
4. Maintain and review technology documents/quality record according to the procedure standard, drawing data and actual production. Analyze the continuous improvement in technology document to ensure the document up to date, effective and reasonable.
5. According to the deficiency of product assembly and relevant technical data, analyze the unqualified parts in assembly procedure and communicate with the suppliers. Review the reasons of the problems and solving measures raised by the suppliers, and ensure the correct measures could be implemented in time.
6. Analyze whether error process is available or not according to the deficiency of product assembly and relevant technical data (such as circuit etc.). Find out the reason, and take measures to avoid the problems repeating.
7. Analyze the deficiency of all kinds of electronic parts by full-automatic electricity testing equipment, and electrical apparatus, and make estimation methods and standards.
8. Assist equipment engineer on the reformation design of the full-automatic electricity test equipment.
9. Participate in the new program to know well the relevant process and solve the process problems involved.
Requisition:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or the equivalent
Proficiency in using English
Over three years’ experience in production process, quality management or product design
Technical Competency:
The appearance and the function of IP electronic parts. Familiar with at least three kinds of the following automotive electronics: instruments wiring, navigation /CD players, clocks, AC control panels, control modules, sensors, climate systems, steering systems.
